Age requirement
You must be of legal age to purchase nicotine products in your jurisdiction (18+ in most EU countries). By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders and request proof of age.
Orders & contract formation
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. If a product is mispriced, unavailable, or we cannot ship to your country, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
Pricing & payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT/import taxes where collected. You see the final price including shipping at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment partner; we never see your full card details.

Returns & refunds
For hygiene and safety, opened cans cannot be returned. Unopened, undamaged cans can be returned within 14 days. See Shipping & Returns for the process.
Satisfaction guarantee disclaimer
Our Satisfaction Guarantee (detailed on the Shipping & Returns page) is offered in good faith to first-time customers who are not satisfied with their flavor experience. To prevent abuse, the guarantee is subject to specific conditions including a 14-day window, return of the product with more than 50% of its original contents, a limit of one opened can per flavor, and customer responsibility for return shipping. Refund requests may be denied in cases of abuse, excessive claims, or suspected fraudulent activity. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases made directly through our official website. We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with the stated conditions.
Product information
F!ESTA pouches contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive substance. Read our Responsibility page before ordering. We make no health claims and do not market F!ESTA as a smoking-cessation product.
Intellectual property
The F!ESTA name, logo, packaging design, photography, and site copy are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break the site, scrape it for commercial use, run automated buying, or use it to harass others. We may terminate accounts that violate these.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK with mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence - in which case those rules apply alongside.
