Shipping
We ship from our EU fulfillment partner ShipAway in Vilnius, Lithuania, to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Delivery times
- Baltics & Poland: 1-3 business days
- Central / Western Europe: 3-5 business days
- Southern / Northern Europe: 4-7 business days
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

- Free shipping on orders over €50
Returns & Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cans cannot be returned.
Unopened, undamaged cans can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the can is in its original condition (factory seal intact).
To initiate a return, email hello@fiestasnus.com with your order number. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of F!ESTA products. If a customer is not satisfied with the flavor experience, they may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee:
- the product must be returned to the designated return address provided by our support team;
- the can must contain more than 50% of its original contents;
- only one opened can per flavor is eligible for refund consideration;
- shipping costs are non-refundable;
- customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refund requests may be denied in cases of abuse, excessive claims, or suspected fraudulent activity. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases made directly through our official website. We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with the conditions above.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong flavor, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace at no cost.
Lost packages
If your tracking has shown no movement for more than 7 days, write to us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and either re-ship or refund.
